Kindly note that Artemix Design is not responsible for refund of any duties and taxes in case of a product return. We advise you to check with the appropriate local authorities in order to secure your rights where applicable.

Order Cancelation
 
If you wish to cancel your order once received, for whatever reason, you can return it under those conditions :

- kindly inform us in the three days following receipt of your order by e-mail at orders@artemixdesign.ch. This email will contain your order reference number and the reason why you want to send back the products. 
 
We shall answer you without undue delay and provide you with detailed return instructions. 

- you should send it back to us within seven working days following the receipt of our return instructions, at your expense. 
 
- the whole shipment should be returned including all the products present in their original condition and packaging. 

- in the meantime, you must ensure that you take reasonable care of the products and do not use them or handle them inappropriately. 

- a copy of your dispatch note and/or the order invoice must be sent back together with the parcel, on which you will have written "Return" as well as on the documents provided by the carrier. 

- all returns have to be sent via standard mail service, registered, and adequately insured. 
 
- upon reception of the returned products, we will reimburse you the amount of your order by crediting the card you used to process your order.

Kindly note that the initial shipment charges you settled will not be reimbursed to you.
 

Damaged Products ou Defects / Faulty Shipment
 
If your package is damaged upon arrival, you should make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box. Make sure to open the signature packaging box and inspect all the products upon reception as the products may not be damaged even if the outer shipping box is. 
 

If one of the products is damaged, wears a defect (through no fault of your own handling or use) or if you received a faulty shipment by mistake, kindly send us an e-mail at orders@artemixdesign.ch explaining your problem and this, within 3 working days after having received the parcel.

You should send the product(s) back to us within seven working days following the receipt of our return instructions. In the meantime, you must ensure that you take reasonable care of the products and do not use them or handle them inappropriately. All returns have to be sent via standard mail service, registered, and adequately insured. A copy of your dispatch note and/or the order invoice must be sent back together with the parcel, on which you will have written "Return" as well as on the documents provided by the carrier.  

In these 3 cases, you will have the choice either to exchange the product or be reimbursed. Please indicate in the email you send us which option you choose and refer to the sections below : 


            Product Exchange
 
In case you wish to proceed for an exchange, we shall provide you with the instructions for returning the shipment at your expense. 
The initial shipment fee for your order will not be refunded, but the shipment of the replacement products will be offered to you in compensation.
 
We will send the product back to you 30 days following the receipt of the returned products.
 
 
            Product Refund
 
In case you wish to get a refund, we shall give you the instructions for returning the shipment at our expense. 
The initial shipment fee for your order will not be refunded.
 
We shall credit the total value of the product price to your credit card or PayPal account that you used for the payment of the corresponding order within 30 working days following the receipt of the returned products.
